Windows Mobile 6.5 Upgrade Available Now for AT&T’s Jack

  • Samsung has just released an update for AT&T’s Jack, the Windows Mobile 6.5 upgrade from the 6.1 version. This official update includes an enhanced Internet Explorer Mobile, access to Windows Marketplace, automated free connection to AT&T WiFi hotspots and more.

    Samsung’s site offers the update right now, but you should check to see if your battery is fully charged, before proceeding with the upgrade. Samsung SGH-i637 aka AT&T Jack will complete the process in 5, to 10 minutes, if the system is already set up.

    As one of the features, you’ll also get Vlingo for Windows Phone, allowing you to send a text or email instantly, call a friend, search the web, open native apps and more, just by speaking into the phone.

      jacks are shit software. im on my second one in 3 months after my last ones software just shot of melted. i will be recieving a new phone next, of a differnent type. the jack is terrible glitchy and scrubby
