Pandora Audio Streaming Gets Tested on BlackBery Tour
December 14th, 2009 | by ThryStan |
A Dvice.com editor took a coast to coast trip recently, from North Carolina to California and took advantage of the opportunity to test the Pandora streaming service via a BlackBerry Tour. It seems that Pandora aims to become your new car radio, considering the quality of the service they provide.
The BlackBerry Tour was connected to the vehicle’s audio system throughout the trip mentioned above and the Verizon 3G network was also on board in this experience. Contact was not lost once, but minor slowdowns occurred, in remote areas of Texas and New Mexico, but overall the music streaming experience was great.
The truck’s XM radio was off the whole time, because Pandora did the job perfectly, according to the Dvice.com editor.
