Qik Early Alpha Available on Android
June 24th, 2009 | by ThryStan |
The Qik live streaming service is finally available on the Android platform and you’ll find its associated app on the Android Marketplace, available for download. The early alpha version is available as we speak.
Qik will require firmware 1.5 and an SD card on the Android device you’re using. Among the features the app packs there’s support for live streaming with live chat, the ability of sharing videos on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, plus the option of adding titles and descriptions to the video prior.
You’ll also be able to set your videos to private or public, with a touch of a button.
