  • Sony Ericsson concept phones have been quite lacking recently, but thankfully, Shane A. Bygrave from the Esato board is back to work and he created the very neat Sony Ericsson Walkman X-DJ design you can see below. This music phone comes with a 3.5 AMOLED multi-touch display, a slide out music keyboard and… believe it or not, 512GB RAM.

Of course, we’re dealing with a misstype, since even the most sci-fi concepts we’ve seen lacked such power. X-DJ also incorporates dual speakers, aGPS, a 1 GHz AMD mobile processor, Sony 3D graphics, 32GB of internal memory and 1GB ROM. A microSD card slot is also on board, for 120GB extra storage and the Sony Ericsson handset supports 4G connectivity, among others.

The 8 megapixel camera at the back completes the impressive specs list, but that RAM is really, really intriguing… Maybe the designer can clear this up?
