Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 Doesn’t Come for Cheap

Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 has been available for some days now, making a pleasant surprise for those who expected it to come at the end of October. The device is smart, promising and fancy, which should make it one of the top choices when looking for high performance from a smartphone.

One thing that people also expected, although it doesn’t feel easier to bear as a result of knowing it forehand, is the handset’s price. Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 costs about EUR 630 (around USD 800) at the Clove UK online store.

For that price, the owner gets a touchscreen phone with a resolution of 800×480 pixels and a sliding QWERTY keypad. Moreover, Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 packs HSDPA, a 3 megapixel camera and runs on Windows Mobile 6.1.
