Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2, Ready for June 17 Unveiling
June 16th, 2009 | by Yorga |
We’ve seen quite a bunch of XPERIA X2 pictures and found out its specs already, so now it’s only logical that Sony Ericsson must announced the handset. This might happen tomorrow, June 17, or so claim the latest rumours related to the matter.
Let us remind out that the follow-up to the XPERIA X1 comes with a faster processor, an 8.1 megapixel camera with autofocus and 30fps video recording, plus Windows Mobile 6.5. There’s also an upgraded Panel UI on board and a very neat 3.5 inch AMOLED WVGA touchscreen display among the specs.
The official launch event seems to be taking place in Singapore, since SE has scheduled a press event there for tomorrow. The event centers around Sony Ericsson’s entertainment services, but “cutting edge technology” is also mentioned. XPERIA X2 coming in just hours?
