If you’re an iPhone owner you can now apply for a free Square credit card reader, but the process has just been made easier by T-Mobile, that has started offering the revolutionary solution for customers who sign up for a business plan. This move is meant to make the payment system more popular and also draw more customers to T-Mobile’s enterprise services.

In case you’re tempted by this offer, know that for $60 a month, the T-Mobile business plan includes two lines, special bundles of apps for business folks (DropBox, Evernote, LinkedIn and more), plus tons of extra options. Square is happy with getting its product out there and it establishes itself as a player in the market of small business owners who want to pick up sales, by accepting digital payments through this method. Call me paranoid, but with the recent hacking spree and malware invasion, I wouldn’t want to turn my handset into my ATM just yet.

Also, if this reaches Android or a jailbroken iPhone, I’d have problems believing in the security of the system… considering how exposed a jailbroken iPhone is and how vulnerable to malware attacks and exploits are Android phones with third party unverified apps installed.

Fresh documents have been found, pointing towards a brand new smartphone coming to T-Mobile. I’m talking about the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G, a Galaxy S II relative with improved specifications. Here’s what the device may look like and you have extra info after the break:

The info came through courtesy of the documents showing UAProfile files for Samsung handsets. Galaxy S Blaze 4G features a large AMOLED screen with 720p resolution and an unknown diagonal, plus a dual core 1.5 GHz processor and an 8 megapixel camera. There’s also a redesigned chassis in the mix, as shown in the image above.

The device sports a tiny swoop/hump at the top and not at the bottom. So, are you ready for a 4G Galaxy S II with improved display and top notch camera and CPU? Of course, I’m sure that the 4G mark here stands for HSPA+ rather than LTE and that wouldn’t be the first time.

Samsung and T-Mobile have just announced a new fruit of their cooperation: the Galaxy S Blaze 4G handset, that’s shown below. This is a dual smartphone with a Super AMOLED display and 4G Connectivity that we’ve heard rumors about recently.

Sadly, we don’t have that many details on the product, but what we can reveal is that this model comes with a 1.5GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 chipset. There’s also a Super AMOLED display on board and apart from that we have no idea what to expect here. I supposed that WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G connectivity and at least 8GB of internal memory are a given, as well as DLNA, a microSD card slot and most likely a 1,500+ mAh battery.

No idea if this handset will receive Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich or when that will happen, but seeing these specs convinced me that the device is compatible with the latest Android. I wonder where this phone fits in the entire Samsung Galaxy lineup… high end tier that’s for sure.

While everyone is talking about the Nokia Lumia 800, there’s still another handset with Windows Phone out there, also made by the Finnish company: Lumia 710. This model has been recently spotted at the FCC with T-Mobile branding and considering that this carrier and Nokia have an event scheduled for December 14th, the surprise is pretty much spoiled, right?

Nokia Lumia 710 is the less impressive of the WP7 duo from the Finns, as it comes with a 3.7 inch WVGA ClearBlack display, HSPA connectivity, WiFi, GPS, Nokia Maps and a 5 megapixel camera. It also has the same CPU as the Lumia 800: 1.4GHz single core unit, plus 512MB of RAM and 8GB of storage. T-Mobile wants to market and sell this smartphone as a 4G device, just like it did with the HTC Radar.

The Lumia 710 might get an appealing contract offer, that can even reach under $100, so keep an eye out for this model. Its design is very much like the one of Nokia C7, so if you liked that phone, you will surely like this one, although it doesn’t come with Symbian.

T-Mobile has just announced the availability and pricing for the HTC Radar 4G handset, that was announced in London a couple of weeks ago together with the HTC Titan model. Both were among the first to run Windows Phone 7.5 Mango and now we get a pricing for the lower end units of the duo.

HTC Radar 4G comes with a 3.8 inch display, supporting a 800 x 480 pixel resolution, a 5 megapixel camera at the back and a 512MB of RAM. 8GB of internal memory, a front cam and 1520mAh battery complete a specs list that seems taken from 2010 and is far from impressive. That’s maybe why the phone is priced at $99.99 on T-Mobile with a $50 mail in rebate offer.

Also, you should know that the smartphone will debut in stores next Wednesday, on November 2nd. The price above also includes a 2 year contract with T-Mobile Classic voice and data plan among the options. Is there any reason to go out and purchase this model when Nokia will announce three similar handsets tomorrow?

The LG Doubleflip aka the Flip II is pretty certainly T-Mobile material and one that’s coming pretty soon. LG wanted something original here design-wise, so they chose to deliver a smartphone with a touchscreen, a sliding QWERTY keyboard and another display in the middle of the keyboard.

This makes the sliding area with the keys split in two and the keys pretty cramped. This T-Mobile device was called LG Flip II back in August when it leaked. Now known as LG Doubleflip, the handset comes with a 320 x 480 pixel main touchscreen, a 5 megapixel camera and November 2nd as the launch date.

The price for this model is $149.99 and there’s also a new 2 year contract in the mix with T-Mobile. I can see a bunch of kids who want to switch from their Sidekicks to this making the trade… but is it worth the price?

November will be an incredible month for everyone, with T-Mobile already preparing us for Black Friday and the holiday season. This year they have a super launch day scheduled on November 2nd, that includes dozens of T-Mobile new smartphones pictured below in the leaked roadmap.

The products list includes the Galaxy Tab Plus 7 inch tablet, the follow-up to the original Galaxy Tab, plus the BlackBerry Dumoine (aka the new Torch) and the Samsung Arnold aka the Galaxy Tab 10.1. Another interesting piece of gear is the Huawei Sonic 4G Mobile Hotspot that will come earlier than October, since it’s scheduled for October 19th.

The list continues with LG Maxx and Maxx Touch, two new handsets with moderate features, as well as LG Flip II, then HTC Omega (Radar 4G) and Huawei Tallsome (maybe the MediaPad 7 incher?). Samsung Ancora is also on this roadmap as a strange name that might in fact be the Exhibit 4G replacement or the Galaxy W. So, will you get any of these?

HTC Amaze 4G has just been announced by T-Mobile and it’s marketed as a unique and innovative cameraphone, one that comes with a lot of interesting photo features. The handset will reach the shops on October 12 with a price tag of $259.99, after a $50 mail in rebate. Also, you should mark the calendar with the October 10 date, since that’s when pre-orders will start.

The price above includes a two year contract on T-Mobile, with Classic voice and data plan. The specs of the HTC Amaze 4G include a dual core 1.5GHz Snapdragon processor, 16GB of internal memory, 1GB of RAM, FM radio, a 2MP cam upfront and connectivity of the HSPA+ kind, reaching up to 42Mbps and giving the “4G” name to the phone.

There’s also HDMI out and a 1730 mAh battery, but the selling point is the 8 megapixel camera with 1080p video capture, advanced blacklit sensor, dedicated camera key, secondary camera key for video capture and no shutter lag. Add to that the following photo functions and you’ve got a brilliant cameraphone: SmartShot, BurstShot, SweepShot panorama, ClearShot HDR and Perfect Pics. The first two involve taking 5 shots and using the best of them.

The rest involve making more clear shots, or making them ultrawide or even analyzing the shots. Well now… it seems HTC has started producing decent cameras…

You must’ve heard that HTC is preparing to launch 8 new handsets in the following months… Well, one of those will most likely be the HTC Ruby model, that has been in the rumors for a while now. You can now see this unit pictured below, in a shot that proves the phone is intended for T-Mobile.

Ruby was supposed to be the phone’s codenamed for Sprint and the device was supposed to be in fact a rebranded HTC Arrive (HTC 7 Pro), that that’s not the case here. Instead we have what looks like a combo between HTC Sensation and a myTouch model, with a pretty big display that may be 4 to 4.3 inches in diagonal.

Speculations claim that this model is most likely related to the myTouch family, so it will have mid to high end specifications. Android is a pretty certain choice of OS here, considering the capacitive key below the display. The only question regards the power of the CPU inside this model… single or dual core?

The handset you see pictured here is an upcoming T-Mobile product, known as the LG Flip II. This model has just leaked on the interwebs in these shots , but it’s quite old news for the folks of This is my next, who detailed it back in May. Pocketnow also published a live shot of the handset back in June, in the UK version.

As you can see, we’re dealing with a dual screen smartphone that looks excellent for texting and other such similar purposes. The Flip II will debut on September 14th, according to people familiar with the matter. The purpose of the second screen placed in the middle of the keyboard is unclear yet, but I say it would make a great gaming mechanism.

Also, it could be a notification area, displaying stuff like battery life, missed calls and texts, without having to light up the main screen and draw more power. The question is: will you get one?
