T-Mobile Sidekick LX Gets Official Announcement and Launch Date

The latest Sidekick handset was finally announced by T-Mobile and word’s out that it’ll hit the shelves on May 13th for $199 with a 2 year agreement. You’ll find it in two color choices, carbon and orchid, via T-Mobile.
Sidekick LX features a 3.2 inch 854 x 480 resolution Sharp F-WVGA display, GPS, a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera with video recording, Microsoft Exchange and T-Mobile 3G/HSDPA.
The device also integrates Facebook, MySpace and Twitter, plus GPS-powered Live Search and much, much more. Will this seemingly perfect texting device score big for T-Mobile?
