  • It’s been a while since we’ve seen Swiss watch machinery blended with mobile phone technology, like in the case of Motorola Aura, but this time things are a tad different. We’re dealing with a smartphone, created by Swiss watchmaker Ulysee Nardin and using kinetic energy to power it up.

The handset was created in cooperation with SCI Innovators and it’s yet another “green” gadget that will be available unlocked and feature “several components never seen before in a smartphone”. That’s all we know about the phone till now, but I have the feeling we’ll get more info on the Ulysee Nardin device during the Baselworld watch expo that will begin this month.
