Telstra ZTE “Country Phone” Works In All the Remote Places

November 30th, 2008 | by Yorga |

Here’s a phone that can finally be used in all those remote places, where you usually get lost after leaving town for a vacation in the wild. Australian company Telstra will be launching a handset like this, manufactured by ZTE and dubbed the “Country Phone”, because it has great signal reception.

The device comes with 3G radio and AGPS support, a 2 megapixel camera, FM radio, Bluetooth and an extendable antenna that adds to the ugliness of the phone. Start searching for this “Country Phone” from December 1st, when it’ll be available for about $346.
