Samsung Convoy Rugged Phone, Intended for Verizon

The device you can see pictured below is Samsung Convoy, a rugged push-to-talk phone that will be made available by Verizon, starting November 15th, for $49.99 on contract, after a $50 mail in rebate.
Convoy is able to resist shock, vibration, dust, fog, salt, humidity, sunlight and extreme temperatures, as certified by its 810F compliance. Verizon also praises the long battery life of this handset, provided by as 1300 mAh unit hiding underneath the case.
The phone’s specs list includes a 2 megapixel camera, VZ Navigator support, Bluetooth 2.1 and EV-DO-based push-to-talk.
