Samsung Trance Now Available on Verizon

  • What’s $49.99 and looking pretty hot? It’s Verizon Wireless’ Samsung Trance that just went on sale today and the price applies after a $50 mail in rebate with a two year contract. Trance is a mid-end phone with quality musical features and packing Bang & Olufsen ICEpower external speakers.

    There’s also a 2.1 inch display on board, with 176 x 220 resolution, a 1.3 megapixel camera, 1GB of internal memory and a microSD slot with support for cards of up to 16 GB. Samsung Trance supports CDMA 1X 800/1900 MHz connectivity, plus Bluetooth and it also features a 3.5mm headset jack, mobile email, mobile web, VZ Navigator and V CAST music with Rhapsody support.

    The handset allows its user to sync music from the PC to phone, use a converter, stop watch, world clock and play MP3, WMA, unprotected AAC and unprotected AAC+ audio files.
