  • If Motorola Droid and HTC Eris didn’t get you all that excited, there’s another Android device ready for some Verizon love. Coming as the third handset in the Droid series, the Saygus VPhone V1 should hit Verizon in early 2010, sporting “2 way video calling”, as one of its cool features.

Saygus claims that the phone will use the “Saygus Proprietary Real Time, Two-Way Mobile Video Calling Software”, providing 24 to 30 fps. The device will also support Short Video Messages, for the price of $2.99 per month and if you’re wondering about the specs, know that the new Android phone comes with a voice recorder, GPS, external speaker, a full color LCD WVGA touchscreen display, an MP3 player and USB sync.

512MB Flash memory are also on board, plus 256MB SDRAM, a 624 MHz processor, microSD storage (up to 16GB), WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, + EDR, Stereo Bluetooth and a modem port.
