The pictures you claim are screenshots of Windows Mobile 7 are just conceptual images (to explain with simple words, drawing of unexistent interface). First off Robin Zhu is still working for Microsoft at ATC Studios (aquired by microsoft) which do a lot of concepts for microsoft which in futire gets used.
