Windows Marketplace for Mobile has just received a bunch of upgrades, after its October 6th introduction. The service benefits from more advanced anti piracy protection and an enhanced developer portal, plus it now supports PC based shopping and account management for Windows phone users.

The improvements have been made based on the users’ feedback and they aim at improving the developer experience, by making the image upload easier, the account status more easily viewable and much more. Anti piracy protection was also enhanced and we learn that the updates to existing apps will be submitted for free.

Since feedback has told Microsoft that people want to shop from the PC, Windows Mobile Marketplace is also available on your computer, as well as on your Windows Phone, via wireless delivery, followed by installation and running the Marketplace client.
