Roborock’s F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 is its new flagship wet-and-dry upright cleaner, unveiled at IFA 2026 with 25,000Pa suction, steam reaching up to 180°C and 90°C hot-water cleaning for its roller. The combination is designed to handle dried-on and greasy floor messes without switching between separate vacuuming and mopping devices.

The VaporFlow 2.0 system supplies the high-temperature steam, while WaveFlow applies 90°C water to the roller, which operates at 450rpm. Roborock also includes an integrated detergent dispenser and DirTect sensing, which monitors detected dirt and automatically adjusts suction power and water flow.

For hair pickup, the F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 uses the company’s JawScrapers system. Roborock cites a 0% hair-tangling result in an SGS test using 50cm-long hair strands. Its SensEdge system now adds an electronically controlled arm that follows floor edges and lifts when the cleaner is pushed forward.

The upright uses SlideTech 2.0, with two brushless motors assisting its wheels, to reduce the effort of moving the unit across floors. Its cleaning head can pivot up to 70 degrees, and the body can recline close to horizontal for cleaning beneath furniture.

Roborock rates the F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 for up to 100 minutes of runtime, falling to up to 30 minutes in continuous-steam mode. It follows the F25 Ultra presented at IFA 2025; Roborock has not detailed pricing or wider availability for the new model.
