Honor has launched the WIN RT 2 in China, equipping the gaming-focused phone with a 12,070mAh battery—1,970mAh more than the 10,100mAh cell in the Honor WIN 2. That places it among the most battery-focused mainstream gaming phones, alongside flagship-tier hardware including Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and active dual-fan cooling.
The company claims the battery can support playback of up to 110 anime episodes on one charge, a figure that will need independent testing. Honor also says its cooling system improves heat dissipation by 150% and airflow-use efficiency by 229% compared with its stated baseline.
The WIN RT 2 has a redesigned rear panel with a rectangular camera island housing two vertically arranged cameras, plus a pill-shaped accent and WIN branding. It will be offered in black, white, and a Red + Blue Buff finish.

- Display: a 6.89-inch Visionox OLED panel with 2K resolution, a 185Hz refresh rate, a claimed 10,000-nit peak brightness, and 0.93mm bezels. Honor also lists 5,920Hz PWM dimming, a 5,000Hz touch-sampling rate, and 21ms control latency in certain FPS games.
- Performance: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, paired with LPDDR5X Ultra memory and UFS 4.1 storage. The phone includes Honor’s WIN Display and WIN Touch chips for display and touch-response processing.
- Cameras: a 200MP Samsung HP5 main sensor measuring 1/1.55 inches, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP front camera. There is no dedicated telephoto camera.
