iQOO has officially introduced the Pad Pro, an 8.8-inch gaming tablet equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 platform and iQOO’s dedicated Q3 gaming chip. Preorders have opened in China, but the company has yet to disclose the final price or shipping date.
The Pad Pro sits below the iQOO Pad Ultra in the company’s compact gaming-tablet lineup. While both use an 8.8-inch format, the Ultra steps up to Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6, the newer Q4 gaming chip and active fan cooling.
| Feature | iQOO Pad Pro | iQOO Pad Ultra |
|---|---|---|
| Display | 8.8 inches | 8.8-inch OLED |
| Processor | Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 | Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 |
| Gaming chip | Q3 | Q4 |
| Active cooling | Not confirmed | Yes |
| Refresh rate | Not announced | 165Hz |
iQOO says the Q3 chip is intended to support gaming-focused functions including upscaling, frame-rate stabilization and game optimizations. However, it has not yet confirmed the Pad Pro’s display resolution or refresh rate, battery capacity, RAM configurations, or whether the tablet will receive active cooling.

The new model enters a crowded compact gaming-tablet segment. Lenovo’s Legion Y700, also known as the Legion Tab 2026, uses the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, offers a 165Hz display and is available with up to 24GB of RAM.
Early Chinese preorder incentives include a folding stand, extended warranty coverage and two years of accidental-damage protection. iQOO has not confirmed pricing or availability outside China, leaving its positioning against Lenovo’s rival dependent on details still to come.
