CES 2011 starts next week and one of the companies with innovations ready for the show is SBN Tech, with a new video phone pictured below. This is an Android device with IP Video Phone capabilities and its features are pretty close to those of a tablet PC. This device comes with Skype, email, Think-free Office, Facebook, Picasa, Internet Radio and more.

SBN Tech has been part of CES since 2006 and over 95% of its sales are generated from overseas market. The new Video Phone is considered more of a solution than a hardware product, or so claims its maker. In case you’re wondering, the slate incorporates a 10 inch screen, a HD media player and support for IP video communication @ 30 fps.
