As we announced a while back, iGo has gone Android today, so you’ll be able to use iGo My Way on your Nexus One or Moto Droid soon. The software comes with stunning 3D visualization, sophisticated route calculation, precise voice guidance, lane assist and optimized in-car use.

iGo My Way is the complete 3D navigation solution for Android, supporting 40+ application and voice guidance languages. Gaps in coverage are non existent, since the maps are part of the application, so they don’t depend on cellular coverage. The software is very user-friendly, relying on an UI packed with large buttons and simple icons.

Landmarks will be shown in 3D, specially in the case of valleys, hills and mountains, for a more realistic mapping. Junctions will also be shown in 3D and we learn that iGo My way calculates routes to the chosen destination, displaying them together with important info, like estimated travel time and distance.

You can choose from fast, short, economic or easy to follow route versions and compare the alternatives on the map, before picking the one you like. More details about the fresh software can be found on iGo’s website.
