Sony Xperia C6, the rumored successor to the Xperia C5 Ultra has appeared on the web again, in the render below. It comes from @Onleaks, who says that it’s based on factory schematics. This model has leaked once before, a few days ago in hands on shots.

The image shows us an ultra narrow bezel handset, possibly phablet with a back that feels more typical to a HTC Desire rather than an Xperia. The leak shows the handset in grey, white and rose gold and since the Xperia C5 Ultra had a 6 inch Full HD screen with 0.8 mm slim bezels, the edges of the C6 may be less than that.

Specs for the smartphone have yet to be revealed, but there’s talk of a 5.5 inch or 6 inch screen with Full HD resolution and a MediaTek Helio P10 octa core processor. The smartphone is expected to come with a metal frame, possibly 2 or 3 GB of RAM and a powerful camera, possibly a 20 MP shooter. We’ll find out more at MWC!
