Tesla has listed a balance bike for children in its China store, expanding its branded product range with a pedal-free model intended for young riders learning balance. The bike is recommended for children aged about 2 to 6, standing 85 to 120 cm tall, and it carries a CNY 1,399 price tag.
The balance bike uses a magnesium-alloy frame, weighs 5.6 kg, and has a five-position adjustable saddle. Tesla specifies a minimum inner-leg length of 35 cm, a recommended rider weight of up to 30 kg, and a declared maximum load of 35 kg.
A steering limiter is built into the handlebar to restrict overly wide turns, a feature aimed at reducing the risk of a beginner tipping the bike during sharp steering inputs. Tesla branding appears along the side of the frame, with a T emblem at the front.

| Specification | Tesla children’s balance bike | woom GO 1 |
|---|---|---|
| Weight | 5.6 kg | 3 kg |
| Suggested age range | About 2–6 years | 1.5–3.5 years |
| Suggested height range | 85–120 cm | 82–100 cm |
The 5.6 kg figure is notably higher than the 3 kg woom GO 1, although the two models cover different rider-age and height ranges. The comparison also shows that a magnesium frame does not automatically translate to an especially lightweight balance bike.

Tesla’s listing indicates estimated shipment before October 28. The product is currently listed through Tesla’s China store, and international availability or pricing has not been confirmed.
