This week ASUS made the news through some announcements at CES 2015 and today we uncover a new model of theirs, the ASUS X003. Said device has been certified by the TENAA and in the end it may not be new at all, since it seems to be a version of the Zenfone 5.

The product comes in black and white and it measures 8.5 mm in thickness, while also weighing 153 grams. It’s a quad band device, with a Li-Ion 2400 mAh battery and TD-LTE connectivity. Its screen is a 5 inch 720p one, of the TFT kind and the device also brings Android 4.4.2 as the OS, probably with the latest Zen UI on top. This model has 2 GB of RAM and a 1.2 GHz quad core CPU.

There’s a 5 MP selfie camera on board, an 8 MP back shooter and 16 GB of storage inside. Bluetooth and USB are here as well, plus a microSD card slot. Finally, there’s a gravity sensor and from what I can see this model looks pretty serious and sober.
