Anker’s Soundcore Sleep Earbuds 4 Pro bring health tracking into a category usually focused on comfort and noise masking. Each earbud includes a PPG sensor for heart-rate, HRV and sleep monitoring, while the accompanying SleepHub case adds a touch-enabled OLED display for viewing statistics, setting alarms and selecting sounds without reaching for a phone.
The $349.99 Sleep Earbuds 4 Pro also use Soundcore’s BioSync system, which can tailor relaxation sounds using the data collected by the earbuds. Anker introduced the model at IFA 2026 alongside the standard Soundcore Sleep Earbuds 4.
Priced at $229.99, the regular Sleep Earbuds 4 focus on reducing nighttime disturbances. Soundcore says their ear-contact surface is 20% smaller than that of the previous generation, a change aimed at improving comfort for side sleepers. The earbuds also feature improved active noise cancellation and a snore-detection system that adjusts masking audio in response to detected snoring.
Soundcore rates the standard model for up to eight hours of streaming with ANC enabled or 11 hours with ANC turned off. Playback of locally stored sleep sounds can extend runtime further, although the company did not provide a specific maximum figure.
The Sleep Earbuds 4 follow the Soundcore Sleep A30, which was shown at IFA 2025. Soundcore expects the Sleep Earbuds 4 to reach the market in October, followed by the Sleep Earbuds 4 Pro in November. Regional availability has not been confirmed.
