OPPO appears to be preparing a 5G smartphone with a battery marketed at 12,000mAh. The device, carrying model number PNC110, has been certified in China, where associated metadata lists an 11,460mAh battery capacity.

The 11,460mAh figure is likely the battery’s nominal capacity, while the typical capacity could be promoted as 12,000mAh. If confirmed, it would put the phone well beyond the battery sizes found in most current smartphones.

Certification information confirms 5G connectivity and dual-SIM support, but provides no details on the processor, display, cameras or charging speed. OPPO has also not disclosed the handset’s commercial name, price or launch timing.

The model may join OPPO’s A series, where the company has already pushed toward higher-capacity batteries. The OPPO A7 Pro Max, for example, launched with a 10,000mAh battery, including in Europe. A move to 12,000mAh would further intensify competition with Honor in the large-battery phone segment, particularly in China.

For now, the certification is the clearest sign that the PNC110 is progressing toward release; further filings or an official announcement will be needed to clarify its branding and wider availability.
