Acer has introduced the Aspire G 3D 16 at IFA 2026, a gaming laptop built around a glasses-free stereoscopic display and AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor. The system can be configured with up to 128GB of LPDDR5x-8000 memory, a capacity Acer positions for local execution of large AI models as well as demanding graphics workloads.

Its 16-inch IPS panel runs at 3840 x 2400 pixels in standard mode, with a 120Hz refresh rate, 450-nit brightness and full DCI-P3 color coverage. When SpatialLabs stereoscopic mode is enabled, resolution changes to 1920 x 2400 pixels. Eye tracking through the laptop’s 5-megapixel IR camera works with the SpatialLabs 3D Hub software to present compatible games, photos and videos in 3D without dedicated glasses.

The Ryzen AI Max+ 395 has 16 cores and 32 threads, paired with integrated Radeon 8060S graphics. Acer rates the platform at up to 126 TOPS of combined AI performance, including 50 TOPS from its NPU. The company specifically cites local operation of gpt-oss-120b and OpenClaw in the highest-memory configuration.

Other specifications include up to 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage, a 99.9Wh battery and a weight of 1.8kg. Connectivity includes two USB4 Type-C ports, three USB-A ports, HDMI 2.1, an SD 4.0 card reader, Ethernet, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.

The Aspire G 3D 16 extends Acer’s earlier SpatialLabs work, including the Predator Helios 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition, while taking a more ambitious approach to memory capacity and on-device AI. Acer has not announced pricing or a commercial release date, leaving its market rollout as the key remaining detail.
