Sharp created yet another sensational handset for SoftBank, the 930SH, an 8 megapixel flip phone that instead of using a CMOS sensor for its camera, comes with a CCD one.

As if Sharp Aquos Fulltouch 931SH wasn’t surprising enough with that full touchscreen, this device also has some pretty impressive specs. Among those, you’ll find a 3 inch internal display with a 480 x 854 pixels resolution. SoftBank 930SH includes GPS, 100MB of internal memory, microSD/microSDHC slot (up to 4GB) and a CMOS camera for video calls.

As far as connectivity goes, the handset supports tri band GSM (900/1800/1900 MHz), WCDMA/HSDPA. 930SH measures 105 x 48 x 15.2mm, weighs 110 grams and it’ll be available in Japan in the next days for an unknown price.
