If you want music streaming on iOS, Amazon Cloud Player is the way to go, now that the software supports Apple’s mobile devices. This service runs in the Safari browser window right now and while it doesn’t allow drag and drops, it’s still pretty cool.

Engadget tested it on an iPad 1 and iPhone 3Gs and it worked without lag or flaws. Songs buffer fast, playlists are refreshed quickly and multitasking controls in iOS are supported, so you can play a game and still pause/forward and change volume using the Amazon service. If you leave aside the fact that you need some extra steps to add songs to your playlists, in lack of drag and drop it’s all perfect…

We’re waiting for Amazon to improve its offer now or Apple to launch its music streaming service already!
