Some testers are even claiming that they carry a second phone around as backup and they even had to face 2/3 hours of battery life on the Thunderbolt. An update to the original Engadget scoop with this info says that a new firmware will fix all issues, both with signal and battery life. They appear to be related and the launch should take place ASAP.
