Huawei could add a more affordable model to its Pura lineup in 2026. Leaker FixedFocus says a device called the Huawei Pura 90 Plus may launch before the end of that year, positioned below other Pura handsets in price while retaining hardware said to be close to the Pura 80 Pro.
The report does not put a price on the Pura 90 Plus, so “more affordable” should not be read as confirmation of a budget device. It could instead represent a previous-generation flagship formula repackaged at a lower tier within Huawei’s Pura portfolio.
- 6.8-inch LTPO OLED display
- Octa-core Kirin 9020 processor
- 5,700mAh battery
- 100W wired charging
- 80W wireless charging
The P40 Lite previously showed how Huawei could pair strong core specifications with a lower price point, although the Pura 90 Plus would reportedly take a more ambitious approach than that older Lite-series model. For now, the name, specifications, launch timing and positioning remain unconfirmed, and there is no information on markets where Huawei may sell it.
