There’s a trend lately of launching VoLTE handsets, priced at affordable rates. One of them is the newcomer Intex Aqua Power 4G, that recently debuted in India, priced at just $90. The handset is available both offline and at online retailers in India.

We’re dealing with a run of the mil 5 incher with a HD resolution and an IPS panel, as well as a dual SIM setup and Android 6.0 as the OS. The standout points are the 4G LTE bands from India supported here, including FDD-LTE Band 3, Band 5 and Band 40. There’s also VoLTE with HD Voice call compatibility, one of the strong points of the device.

We get an 8 megapixel back camera in the mix, with dual LED flash and a 2 MP camera for selfies, that also receives a LED flash. Inside we find the typical quad core MediaTek MT6735P chipset, together with 1 GB of RAM. 8 GB of storage are offered here, plus a microSD card slot and a 3800 mAh battery, that should provide up to 18 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time. Connectivity also includes FM radio, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS.

The handset comes in gold and blue, with a waistline of 8.9 mm.
