Apple’s EU energy label for the iPhone Duo has surfaced ahead of the foldable’s first customer deliveries, listing a 4,883mAh battery and a claimed runtime of up to 51 hours and 30 minutes on a charge. The published energy label also says the battery is designed to retain optimal performance for at least 1,000 charging cycles under default settings.

The battery is physically split into two cells, a design intended to distribute weight across the two halves of the foldable. Apple is also said to be offering the iPhone Duo as an eSIM-only model globally, which means the stated battery capacity should not vary by market because of space reserved for a physical SIM tray.

Apple pairs the Duo’s two Super Retina XDR displays with its 2nm A20 Pro processor and says iOS 27 will manage power consumption across both panels intelligently. How that claim translates into real-world endurance remains to be tested after the device reaches buyers.
