LG is bringing its Fit & Max appliance strategy to dishwashers at IFA 2026, highlighting a Wash & Dry program designed to wash and dry a load in around 60 minutes. The timing applies under LG’s specified test conditions and can vary with the load and any additional options selected.
The lineup combines furniture-aligned installation and space-efficient design with technologies already used across LG’s dishwasher portfolio. Rather than marking the debut of these features, the IFA presentation positions dishwashers alongside Fit & Max refrigerators, washing machines and dryers.
Cleaning performance is led by QuadWash Pro, which uses four spray arms, pressurized water jets and microbubbles intended to help detergent reach food residue. Dynamic Heat Dry+ absorbs moisture and uses generated heat to speed up drying. Selected configurations also include TrueSteam, which is intended to reduce water spots on glasses and tableware.
LG’s AI SenseClean system relies on a digital turbidity sensor that measures how dirty the water is at different stages of a cycle. It can then adjust water temperature, the number of rinses and the detergent amount. LG says the system can make up to 32 different combinations based on those readings.
Other announced features include adjustable EasyRack Plus baskets, Bottle Wash jets for bottles and deep containers, a concealed LED display and interior lighting. LG says key models can reach energy-efficiency class A, while certain Hybrid Air Dry versions may reduce consumption further. One model in the family is rated as low as 37 dB, though that figure does not apply across the entire range.
LG first detailed the current dishwasher generation at EuroCucina in April, and has now placed it within the broader Fit & Max family. Exact model names, capacities, pricing and release schedules for individual markets have yet to be announced.
