MSI has shown the Prestige 14 Flip AI+, a 14-inch convertible designed to combine a slim 2-in-1 form factor with an unusually large 81Wh battery. The laptop measures 11.9mm at its thinnest point, weighs 1.37kg and uses a 360-degree hinge to switch between notebook and tablet modes.
Its touchscreen is a 14-inch OLED panel with a 1920 × 1200 resolution and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage. MSI Nano Pen support is included for handwritten notes and sketching in tablet mode.
Configurations go up to an Intel Core Ultra X9 388H processor with Intel Arc B390 integrated graphics and as much as 64GB of LPDDR5X memory. MSI has not positioned the model as a dedicated-GPU creator or gaming machine, but the combination should target mobile productivity and lighter photo or video workloads.
The Prestige 14 Flip AI+ also carries Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A ports, HDMI 2.1 and a 3.5mm audio jack. For calls, it includes a Full HD IR camera with 3D Noise Reduction+ and a three-microphone Spatial Array with AI Noise Cancellation Pro.
MSI rates the 81Wh battery for up to 30 hours of video playback and supports USB-C Power Delivery charging at up to 100W. That endurance figure will depend on display brightness, workload and configuration, and will need independent testing. Pricing, release timing and regional availability have not been detailed.
