Nokia N900 will have a hot successor after all, but one that borrows most of its specs and adds some cool OS to spice things up. Yes, we’re talking about Maemo 6 and we find out that the leaked Internet Tablet you can see below might be Nokia N920, N900’s follow-up, coming in 2010.

Since the N900 and N920 sport similar specs, it wouldn’t surprise us to see the first device also supporting Maemo 6 OS, once it goes live. Back to the newcomer, N920 will feature a 4.13 inch capacitive multitouch display, something we’ve seen HTC pulling out recently and we can bet that Toshiba is also able to launch something similar in the next quarter.

The N920 is faithful to the keyboard-free design, adapting to the new trends of portable device making, so all in all, we’ve got a pretty cool Maemo OS-based Internet tablet coming, folks.
