An OPPO foldable prototype believed to be the Find N7 is reportedly being tested with a 200MP main camera, a 7.6-inch Samsung inner display and a flagship chipset built on a 2nm process. The claims come from Digital Chat Station on Weibo, although the leaker did not explicitly name the phone and OPPO has not confirmed any details.

The reported camera hardware would pair the 200MP primary sensor with two 50MP cameras and a 3MP multispectral sensor. Hasselblad tuning is also said to cover the full focal range.

  • 200MP main camera
  • 50MP ultrawide camera
  • 50MP periscope telephoto camera
  • 3MP multispectral sensor
  • Hasselblad image processing and calibration across the camera system

The multispectral sensor would not be intended as a conventional imaging camera. Its role is expected to be more accurate measurement of ambient light and color, potentially helping the phone deliver more consistent white balance and skin tones.

Wider design and larger battery reportedly planned

The same report points to a 7.6-inch Samsung-made folding panel and a new hinge design described as leaving no visible crease. Previous information has suggested that the Find N7 could move to a wider, thinner and lighter form factor, with an outer display of roughly 5.5 inches.

Earlier claims also put the battery at 6,500mAh, up from the Find N6's reported 6,000mAh capacity. The unnamed 2nm processor is consistent with prior rumors pointing to Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6, but that chipset has not been confirmed for the device.

The hardware remains an engineering sample, so the final configuration could change substantially. A launch is currently rumored for the first quarter of 2027, leaving OPPO's official confirmation of the Find N7 name, specifications and release plans as the next key milestone.
