Pantech replies to the Galaxy Note 3 with a phablet of its own, that adopts many of the features of the Samsung product and then some. This is a device with a fingerprint reader on board, a stylus, support for LTE-A and more, as detailed below.

Pantech Vega Secret Note features a quad core Snapdragon 800 CPU, 3 GB of RAM, a 5.9 inch Full HD LCD screen and a 13 megapixel main camera. We’ve got a front camera on board with Full HD video capability, 32 GB of internal storage, Android 4.2.2 as the OS and a waistline of 8.85 mm. The product weighs 190 grams and it’s powered by a 3200 mAh battery.

The phablet will debut in Korea for now, on all 3 major carriers in black or white. The price is pretty steep at $839 off contract. From what I know several Pantech devices have reached USA, so with a bit of luck this may end up on Verizon’s offer, but only in a few months.
