As we get to know today, it seems that starting tomorrow Philips S316 will be officially launched on the Chinese market through the Jingdong Mall online e-commerce platform. Looking at its specs list, we notice that we’re dealing with a low-end to mid-range phone that will arrive in stores at a pretty good price.

Philips S316 brings a 5-inch panel with a 854 x 480 pixels resolution, a quad-core MediaTek MT6372 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, 1 GB of RAM memory, 8 GB space of internal storage, a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi connectivity, and Android operating system.

If the price is good enough, then Philips S316 could represent a good option for a teen user, the phone offering pretty good specs and a big screen compared to other entry-level smartphones on the market.
