Redmi has confirmed an October launch window in China for the Redmi K100, the standard model joining the K100 Pro and K100 Pro Max roughly two months after those phones arrived. The company’s teaser reveals the phone’s outline, while reservations are already open in China.
The company has not published hardware specifications. However, current leaks point to a battery larger than 10,000mAh, which would exceed the 9,070mAh capacity of the Redmi K100 Pro Max. That would not automatically translate into longer endurance, as display power draw, chipset efficiency and software optimization will also affect real-world battery life.
Other rumored K100 hardware includes the following:

- Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship chipset from 2024
- An approximately 6.9-inch display with a high refresh rate
- A battery rated at more than 10,000mAh
- A metal frame and stereo speakers with Bose involvement
A green version may also be shown in the teaser image, but its finish has not been confirmed. Redmi has yet to verify any of the leaked hardware details, including the chipset and battery capacity.

The K100 will share the October event with the Redmi Clip Neo, Redmi’s first clip-style earbuds. Redmi has previewed the open-ear design in white and black; the earbuds attach around the ear while leaving the ear canal unobstructed.
Redmi has not announced the event date or pricing, and availability beyond China remains unconfirmed. The next official teasers should clarify whether the K100’s unusually large battery makes it to the final specification sheet.
