Samsung’s Galaxy U aka SHW-M130L recently had its specs revealed courtesy of an online leak. The handset will be available in black or white and we learn that it’ll run Android thanks to a 1GHz CPU and use a 3.7 inch AMOLED Plus display (480 x 800 pixels).
Galaxy U’s features include CDMA Rev. A connectivity, a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, 720p HD video capture, T-DMB TV features, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0. An 8GB card will be bundled with the device when it launches and we’ve also heard it comes with a 1500 mAh battery, that provides up to 7 hours of talk time and up to 370 hours of standby time.
