One more day, one more phablet and that’s a nice way to start February! Straight out of India comes Spice Stellar Pinnacle Mi-530, a 5.3 inch device with a crazy good front facing camera with 5 megapixels resolution. I’m not even sure there are tablets and phones out there with 3 MP shooters at the front, let alone 5 MP… so this may be a premiere.

The Stellar Pinnacle Mi-530 packs a qHD resolution on an IPS panel, a dual core 1.2 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. The package is priced at $260 and we also get a microSD card slot, dual SIM support and an 8 megapixel rear camera. Everything is powered by a 2,550 mAh battery and Android 4.0 OS takes care of the software side of things.

There are also some other cool features included, like Pop Up Play, Direct Call and possibly some other technologies “borrowed” from Samsung. S Mobility Limited, India’s leading mobile Internet provider launched the handset this week, offering a dual SIM 3G + 3G setup on it. Other things worth mentioning are the fact that the device promises 4 hours of talk time and dual mic noise suppression.
