TCL is expanding its smart-home lineup at IFA 2026 with appliances built around automated temperature, washing and energy adjustments. The headline new product is the TCL Dual Cooling Refrigerator, which combines separate cooling circuits with a Convertible Zone that can operate anywhere between 5°C and -20°C.

The adjustable compartment can serve as fresh-food storage or extra freezer capacity depending on its selected temperature. Separate refrigerator and freezer air paths are intended to reduce odor transfer while allowing independent temperature and humidity control. TCL also lists an automatic ice maker and an internal water dispenser, but has not detailed how much of the Convertible Zone’s temperature management is automated or disclosed market-specific configurations and pricing.

TCL is also showing the P9 AI SuperDrum Ultra Tower, a vertically stacked washer and heat-pump dryer with two separate drums rather than a conventional all-in-one washer-dryer. Its AI Wash feature is designed to adjust water use, temperature, detergent dosing and cycle duration based on load size, fabric type and soil level. TCL has yet to provide full washing and drying capacities, energy ratings or European pricing for the model.

The company’s established P5 Super Drum washer remains part of the European range. Depending on configuration, it features a 540 mm drum, six Bionic Lifters, Auto Dose detergent and softener dispensing, Wi-Fi connectivity, and stain-focused programs. TCL’s A-40% designation means consumption up to 40% below the maximum threshold for the EU Class A rating; it is not a separate energy-label class.

In air conditioning, TCL is again highlighting FreshIN 3.0, which differs from a typical split AC by bringing outdoor air indoors for filtering and conditioning. Its QuadruPuri system is described as filtering particles, bacteria, PM2.5 and allergens, while a TVOC sensor monitors air quality and can flag when a filter is nearing the end of its usable life.

FreshIN 3.0 supports more than 1,000 locally recognized words and commands, allowing voice operation without an internet connection. Wi-Fi and the TCL Home app remain available for remote control. TCL also claims up to 37% additional energy savings from its T-AI Energy-Saving algorithm in its own testing, a figure that will depend on installation and operating conditions. The quoted minimum noise level of 16 dB applies to the indoor unit in Fresh Air mode at low fan speed.

The simpler VoxIN air-conditioner series likewise uses offline, on-device voice control for functions including temperature, mode and airflow changes. European versions are offered in 9,000, 12,000, 18,000 and 24,000 BTU capacities, with Wi-Fi, TCL Home, Google Home and Alexa support listed separately alongside Gentle Breeze airflow and T-AI Energy-Saving features.

TCL’s heating range includes R290 Tri-thermal air-to-water heat pumps rated from 4 kW to 16 kW. The systems can control three zones, with TCL claiming a SCOP of up to 5.33, water temperatures up to 80°C and operation in outdoor temperatures as low as -25°C. The R290 Tri-thermal Ultra AI version adds ambient-condition temperature adjustment, a 7-inch touchscreen, support for cascading up to eight units, and claimed compatibility with photovoltaic and energy-storage systems.

Several products on display, including FreshIN 3.0, VoxIN and the P5 Super Drum, were already part of TCL’s European portfolio. The Dual Cooling Refrigerator is the main IFA debut, while commercial model numbers, regional configurations, prices and release timing for it and the P9 AI SuperDrum Ultra Tower remain to be confirmed.
