The Xiaomi Red Rice Note 2 just got pictured, through a leak that also includes some specs. This model offers a slim design and a metal frame, as shown in the image below.
Usually, such devices from Xiaomi come with an affordable price tag and decent midrange specs, which also appears to be the case here. The Red Rice Note 2 has an infrared remitter included and it’s a phablet as shown by both its name and its 5.5 inch diagonal. The handset offers a Full HD resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa core processor, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage.
We’ve also got a 5 megapixel front camera and a back 13 MP shooter, plus a battery with a capacity of 3100 mAh. The speaker is placed at the back and the main camera here seems to be pretty small. This is a rectangular phone with an iPhone-like look when seen from the profile. Its back is glossy, so it’s probably made of plastic.
