Firefox phones have a reputation for being affordable and decently specced and the new Zen U105 Fire that was launched in India this week, doesn’t stray from that concept. This model comes with a 3.5 inch HVGA display and it’s powered by a 1 GHz processor.

We’ve got a 2 megapixel rear camera on board and a front VGA shooter. The handset is priced at about $32, which is very affordable. Zen U105 Fire competes with the Android One handsets, by seriously undercutting their prices. It’s based on HTML5, has Adaptive App Search or the Single Window Search and it also comes with Facebook, Twitter and more applications.

Specs include Firefox OS 1.3, a 1 GHz Spreadtrum 6821 processor, 128 MB of RAM and 256 MB of storage, plus a microSD card slot. There’s WiFi and Bluetooth on board, a 1200 mAh battery and this unit only comes in black, being available at HomeShpop18. The design isn’t half bad and it actually looks nicer than the Nokia X.
