Huawei may be preparing a Watch Air smartwatch built around a slimmer case than its bulkier wearable models. Tipster BaizeMountain says the device could be unveiled next week alongside phones tied to Huawei’s new OSTA sub-brand, though Huawei has not announced the product.
Current information points to a thinner, potentially mid-range watch, but stops short of providing dimensions, weight, display details, health features or pricing. The design would mark a different direction from Huawei’s larger watch designs; for context, the GT Runner 2 is cited as Huawei’s lightest watch at about 34 grams.
Separate rumors have also mentioned a Huawei continuous glucose-monitoring device that is said to have received medical certification. There is no confirmed link between that project and Watch Air, and the reports do not establish that the smartwatch will offer blood-glucose measurement.
The same tipster has suggested that a compact MateBook Fold, described as a pocket-sized PC, could appear during the same period. That device is reportedly certified in China’s 3C system with 66W charging and is expected in November. A joint presentation during the November 9–15 week remains speculative, as do Watch Air’s final specifications and launch markets.
