Yahoo is reaching out towards the mobile market with the aid of the brand new Alcatel One Touch Net handset, the first in the world to fully integrate Yahoo mobile services. The device comes in a candybar form factor and it sports a 2.4 inch display.

EDGE connectivity is also on board, as well as Stereo Bluetooth support, a music player, FM radio, a 2 megapixel camera and 80MB of internal memory. Among the Yahoo services that come pre-installed you’ll find Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! Messenger, Yahoo! Search, Calendar, Flickr, Address Book and more.

The handset will go for less than $100 and it’ll be available in various South East Asian countries, for now. We wonder why it hasn’t hit the States yet, since this is as close to a Yahoo! Phone as it gets.
