Evernote was among the first companies to release apps for the iPad and now they’re already updating their software, in order to fix some search and sync issues. In case you don’t know what the app is all about here’s a video presentation and we have to mention that the software’s issues were also present on the iPhone and iPod touch versions:

Version 3.3.1 is available now, fixing all problems and we remind you that Evernote for iPad takes full advantage of the larger screen. This note keeping software allows you to see more things per page and browser your notes faster (thanks to the tablet’s processor).

Future releases of the software will also include support for drawing notes, so this is a pretty cool app overall.
