After a pretty long wait, HP Slate 500 was finally unveiled, together with a price tag and specifications. The device will cost $799 and it bundles a docking station (HDMI port included) and a cover. Online sales of the slate will begin in the following days and the device’s specs are available after the break:

HP Slate 500 supports 1080p playback, due to a graphics accelerator and we must also mention it runs Windows 7 Professional. Here’s the specifications list for the device:
