Before Touch Pro hits Verizon this Christmas and way long time after its European release, HTC’s hot smartphone is available through Bell Canada, for $239.95 with a 3 year contract. You can also buy it free of commitment for $599.95, or tour Europe in search for a better price.
Bell offers a couple of services on this handset like Facebook, GPS Nav, Internet browsing, mobile email, HBO clips, live TV streaming, satellite radio and YouTube.
HTC Touch Pro features a 2.8 inches TFT LCD touchscreen with a 640 x 480 VGA resolution, WiFi (802.11 b/g), a 3.2 megapixel camera with support for video recording and a speakerphone. Its OS of choice is Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional and you should also know that Touch Pro supports voice dialling and Bluetooth (HSP, HFP, OPP, FTP, A2DP).
