Chinese telecom giant Huawei recently announced two new Froyo handsets, the IDEOS X6, pictured below and the mid-range model IDEOS X5. Both phones come with HSPA+ connectivity support and you can learn more details about their specs after the break.

IDEOS X6 uses a large display that reminds us of the Droid X and as far as features are concerned, here’s a list:

CPU: Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon, 1GHz
Memory: 512MB RAM, 2GB ROM, microSD cad slot
Camera: 5MP, autofocus, 720p HD video capture
Connectivity: GPS, A-GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, HDMI output
Other features: FM tuner, HD Video playback, Flash support

IDEOS X5 is more of a mid-range unit, pictured in the following shots and featuring a 3.8 inch touchscreen, 5MP camera, Bluetooth and WiFi. This model will debut before the year end, while the X6 is 2011 material.
